If you didn’t know, TikTok is the social sharing platform taking the world by storm. You’ve likely seen videos reposted from the platform on Instagram or heard your kids or much younger siblings talking about it.
Loyalty to a brand drives business. You don’t want to be a churn and burn company. No, you want to develop loyalty amongst your customers. You want to do this because ultimately it means that customers are more likely to choose you over competitors because they feel that they get more value from your brand as a whole, often regardless of price.
You could be forgiven for thinking that long-form is less favoured in 2019, what with audiences demonstrating lower attention spans and video taking over as the preferred method of media consumption. But, in fact, long-form has become more popular for driving sales conversions and business leads.
If someone would have told me ten years ago that RuPaul’s Drag Race was set to take over social media, I probably would have questioned it. Although the show is sensational and we are living for the mainstream exposure of drag culture to the wider world, who would have thought that it would become one of the biggest shows on television?
