Our Story
From Two Founders to an Employee-Owned Agency
Favoured kicked off in 2019 when George Sharpe, fresh from his Apple days, and Andy Willers, with BBC expertise tucked under his belt, decided that the digital marketing world needed a serious shake-up. Their mission? Create a digital marketing agency that truly delivers on its promises.
What started as a two-person operation has evolved into a powerhouse team of specialists. Our journey hasn’t always been smooth sailing, but our commitment to cutting through the digital nonsense and delivering genuine results has never wavered.
In 2025, we took a bold step forward by becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), putting the future of Favoured directly in the hands of those who make it special – our team.
