The Favoured Referral Scheme (“the Scheme”) is open to all current and historic clients of Favoured. By participating in the Scheme, you agree to these terms and conditions.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make under the Scheme. However, please note that rewards are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
All participant information submitted in this Scheme will be processed in accordance with Favoured’s Privacy Policy. Your details and the details of the referred client will not be used for any other purpose outside of the Scheme.
Favoured reserves the right to terminate or change the terms of the Scheme at any time without prior notice. Any reimbursement will be void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Scheme, participants agree to release Favoured from any claims or damages arising out of the Scheme.
The Scheme and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
